Manaslu Circuit Trek is a picturesque and undoubtedly off-beaten trekking journey in Nepal. It is probably the most underrated trekking route and one of the most popular restricted Treks in the Manaslu Region of Nepal. The Manaslu Trek is an enthralling destination after Everest, Annapurna and Langtang. Trekking must be headed by the Nepal Government Licensed Trekking Company and Guide with a special permit and ACAP permit too. Mount Manaslu (8163m) is the world's 8th tallest peak and it's a major attraction of the Manaslu region. 

The Manaslu Trekking Region is an extremely beautiful restricted trekking trail in Nepal. 

It includes the fascinating Tsum Valley and spectacular Larkya La Pass 5106m with local native cultures of mountains. As the Manaslu region is a restricted area, you'll need to obtain the following permits.

Manaslu Restricted Area Permit

This permit is issued by the Government of Nepal and is required to enter the Manaslu Conservation Area.

Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP):

Since the Manaslu Circuit Trek ends in the Annapurna region, you'll need an ACAP permit as well. This can be obtained either in Kathmandu or Pokhara. 

MCAP is the Manaslu Area Project and ACAP is the Ananpurna Area Conservation Project. There are a plethora of villages, forest, lakers, landscapes and side trails. Therefore, a guide with experience and astute navigation skills is the topmost priority. Moreover, the trail is in a landslide-prone area. It requires meticulous planning and trip organization.

Passing by the beautiful Larkya La Pass (5106 m)

Throughout the Manaslu Circuit Trek, the Larkya La Pass 5,106m is the most challenging and thrilling high pass in the Himalayas of Nepal. On the top of Larkya L a, you will have to explore the captivating scenarios of Manaslu and Manaslu North, Samdo Peak, Naike Peak, Larke Peak, and Cheo Himal. The Larkya Pass lies between Dharmasala and Bimtang. Furthermore, it would be the highest elevation during the trek. The top of Larka La Passes it's extremely beautiful and surrounded by the massive Himalayas. In the winter season very difficult to cross the Larkya La Pass due to heavy snowfall and the trail would be blocked near the Larkya L a. Manaslu Trekking Cost & Porter

Porters are the backbone of trekking arround the Himalayas in Nepal. The porters are the major heroes in completing the treks. They are very strong and easily adjust to high altitudes. It's surely helpful when you hire a porter to trek in the Manaslu region. A porter carries a maximum of 25 kg and per porter. We highly recommend hirring a porter for trekking in Nepal. Whitout a porter, it would by very complicated to complete the whole trip.

Remarques :

• it is better to take pro biotica one week before leaving , and to take it during your stay in the mountains. Also after at home.

• Drinking water in bottles is available and you can buy it in the local shops

• Drinking water is very important to avoid altitude sickness

• For Nepal you need a visum to enter the country. You can do it in Nepal by arrival in the airport or you can arrange it before in Belgium ( Brussel ) at the Nepalese embassy

• Vaccines : Tetanus and hepatitis A

• Each porter will carry, during the hike in the mountains, 25 kg of luggage , that means that your duffel bag may weight maximum 12,5 kg. Because they take two duffel bags and their own luggage .

• Dalbat is the most famous food / dish in Nepal . It will give you power for the whole day.
